The Avvyland Web Application (the “Web App”) is in Closed Beta Trial (the “Trial”). The current MVP release (a minimum valuable product) demonstrates layouts of virtual places called Branes and the basic mechanics of the Web App. The commercial infrastructure of Avvyland Framework is designed on blockchain and enables decentralized registration of all actions with assets using a utility token, including P2P execution of deals. This functionality will be activated in the next releases, meanwhile all the data regarding your wallet and token is presented in this release for illustrative purposes only.

You are being granted rights for the purpose of testing the Web App. During the course of the Trial, regular and unscheduled wipes of any progression may occur at any time. There are no guarantees about the persistence or availability of progression or inventory items at any time during the Trial and makes no liability for lost or deleted account data.

At any time during the Trial the Web App, your account (if any), inventory items, achievements, and/or in-app settings can be reserted, and the Web App can be changed and modified at any time. You agree that any such changes and modifications may cause a loss of data or content or loss of function or utility related to the Trial. You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Avvyland Framework is not liable for any loss of data, content, function or utility.
